The pneumatic cylinders of our valves are manufactured and assembled in our own facilities. The maintenance of these cylinders is simple, if an element needs to be replaced, if you have any questions, contact CMO Valves. Below is an exploded image of the pneumatic drive and a listing of the cylinder components.
The upper cover and support cover are usually made of aluminum, but from pneumatic cylinders larger than Ø200 mm, they are made of cast GJS-400.
For knife gate valves
Piston diameters from Ø80 to Ø600.
* Wide range of strokes, depending on the CMO Valves valves and gates.
* Other sizes on request.
– Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar.
– Standard working pressure: 6 bar.
– Working fluid: air (quality as per ISO8573-1 Grade 5.4.2 for standard applications).
