PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR

Pneumatic drive for knife gate valves. The pneumatic cylinders of our valves are manufactured and assembled in our own facilities. The maintenance of these cylinders is simple, if an element needs to be replaced, if you have any questions, contact CMO Valves. Below is an exploded image of the pneumatic drive and a listing of the cylinder components.

The upper cover and support cover are usually made of aluminum, but from pneumatic cylinders larger than Ø200 mm, they are made of nodular cast iron GJS-400.

Maintenance

The usual maintenance kit includes: the bushing with its seals and the scraper, if the customer wishes, the plunger is also supplied.

Working pressures
