• Bidirectional knife gate valve.
• Monoblock cast-iron body.
• Stainless steel knife gate. Polyurethane inner body liner.
• It provides high flow rates with low pressure losses.
• Face-to-face distance according to CMO Valves standard does not require sealing joints between the flanges as they are incorporated in the body.

Utilization

This knife slyrry gate valves are suitable for working in the mining industry, in loaded fluid transport lines, such as: water with stones, sludge, and in general it is used for abrasive fluids in the chemical industry and waste water.

Designed for applications such as:

From DN50 up to DN1200

* Larger sizes on request.

The pressures shown in the table can be used in either valve direction.

Working pressures

DN50 – DN600 = 10 bar

DN700 – DN800 = 6 bar

DN900 – DN1000 = 4 bar

DN1050 – DN1200 = 3 bar
